Also called Astabula points

Broad triangular blade, frequently asymmetrical

Shoulders angular and sloping toward stem and base

Stem flared; base straight

Entire stem edge ground from shoulder to shoulder

Size: 2 to 4 inches long, occasionally up to 6 inches long

Late Archaic: ca 1700-700 BC
