Stem constricts, then flares out at the base, giving the appearance of a bottleneck

Basal edge frequently convex, although can also be straight

Heavy grinding on stem edges

Skillfully-applied pressure flaking visible on blade surfaces

Size: 2-1/2 to 3 inches long

Not a common point

Late Archaic: ca 3770-3000 BC
