Thin, delicate points

Blade flat in cross section

Blade edges straight, occasionally beveled or serrated

Side notches narrow and shallow; positioned close to the base

Some specimens have two sets of notches

Basal edge typically convex

More common in New York/ Northeast

Size: 1½ to 3½ inches long

Early Woodland, ca 1300 -500 BC
